Call Package Guidelines Seminar
Description:Structuring a minister’s compensation is not easy. This seminar will ask and answer questions like: From a biblical perspective, what is a church’s financial responsibility to their pastor and his family? How should his salary and housing allowance be determined? What benefits should be provided and why, and how do these protect the church? How does a pastoral call package compare to corporate total compensation costs? And, this seminar will show you how to put all of this together mathematically to construct an adequate and sufficient compensation package.
