OPTIONAL LIFE INSURANCE PLAN ELIGIBITY
All active PCA ministers, missionaries, and
lay employees who work 30 hours a week or more are eligible to participate in the Optional Life
Insurance Plan. Retirees are not eligible to participate.
Eligibility begins on the first day of employment
for lay employees and on the first day of ordination for
ministers. Proof of insurability is necessary if an eligible
person does not enroll within the first 31 days of employment or
ordination.
