General Information About General Assembly
RBI Golf Event, June 9th.
1.
Registration and Payment
You can register
and make payment ($65.00 a person) one of two ways. First, you can
print the
registration
form from the website and mail it along with a check, or second,
you can register on-line and make payment via PayPal or via mail in
check. RBI is using PayPal services to accept secured on-line
payments for Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. Keep in
mind, you can register and pay for one or more players.
2. Pairings
We will pair
golfers in one of two ways. First, if you request to play with
someone, we will honor that request, unless circumstances will not
allow. Second, we will pair golfers randomly using skill level as a
means of pairing.
3. Transportation
RBI will provide
transportation to Tenison Park Golf Course from the Hyatt Regency on
Monday, June 9th. The shuttle bus will be at the Hyatt Regency at
9:00AM and will leave at 9:30AM to arrive by 10:00 AM registration
time. After golf play concludes, transportation will resume at
approximately 5:30PM until needed.
If you need
transportation, please indicate on the registration form or email RBI.
Transportation provided by RBI is first come, first served. There is
no guaranteed time you can expect to arrive at Tenison Park Golf Course,
but RBI will help you arrive in time to play.
4. Schedule of Events
9:00am……………..Transportation from the Hyatt Regency
10:00am……………Sign
up, meet your team members, and receive a golf gift bag
10:15am
…………...Putting green and range balls are available
11:15am……………Instructions on the course will be given to all golfers
11:30am……………Shotgun
Start. Club marshals will assign starting holes
* Lunch*………..….
Box lunches will be placed in the carts before the shotgun start
4:30pm……………..Award
ceremony to be held at the outside pavilion or after play
is completed.
