Eligibility

Full-time (at least 30 hours per week) ministers, missionaries and lay employees of a PCA church, committee, agency or other related entity are eligible to participate in the disability plan. Eligibility begins the first day of employment.

Any eligible employee not presently participating in the LTD plan may enroll. This includes employees previously declined for coverage. Evidence of insurability is not required.

If you become a minister without call or a lay worker who leaves full-time employment with the PCA, you may convert your group LTD coverage to an individual LTD policy within 31 days of leaving your employment.
